We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with experience in HR systems configuration, business process design, and data/reporting. You will be part of an HR Technology team responsible for optimizing and supporting HR systems. You will be involved in system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting/analytics development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in configuration of HRIS or ERP systems.

  • Configure, maintain, and understand Workday to support the business
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and HR analytics
  • Support system implementations, releases, and enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards

You Bring:
  • Core Knowledge
    • HR Processes: Deep understanding of HR processes across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, PTO, and Talent.
    • Governance & Security: Knowledge of HR data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
    • Process Design: Understanding of end-to-end business process design and optimization.
  • Functional Expertise
    • Requirements Translation: Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.
    • Lifecycle Implementations: Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Analytical Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems.
    • Reporting Strategy: Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Platform Configuration: Advanced Workday configuration experience.
    • System Integrations: Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations.
    • Data Analysis: Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
    • Excel Proficiency: Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.
    • Release Management: Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.
