BlueTeam is a US-based provider of national disaster recovery, remediation, reconstruction, renovation, and roofing services for commercial properties. Our core business focuses on cleanup and mitigation efforts for recovery from fire damage, roof leaks, flooding, pipe bursts, and post-disaster remediation due to severe weather. We exclusively serve commercial sectors including hospitality, senior housing, healthcare, commercial offices, municipalities, multifamily living, and institutional markets.
SUMMARY: The Sales Intelligence Analyst is the analytical engine behind the sales organization and a dedicated support resource for the entire sales team, not a sales role itself. This position transforms raw sales data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth. The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales performance, maintaining clean and accurate data, building dashboards, and supporting forecasting efforts. A distinguishing requirement of this role is expert-level proficiency with AI tools, applied daily to accelerate Excel model development, assemble compelling presentations, research potential clients, and surface insights that would otherwise require hours of manual effort. The Sales Intelligence Analyst partners closely with Sales and Marketing to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and optimize processes across the sales funnel. Bottom line, the Sales Intelligence Analyst delivers the analytical support that empowers every member of the sales team to operate at a higher level.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Data & Performance Analysis
  • Analyze sales performance metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, bookings trends, and quota attainment.
  • Evaluate sales activities and effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Conduct win/loss, segmentation, and territory-level analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting, Forecasting & Dashboards
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and predictive insights using statistical models and AI-driven tools.
  • Create and automate recurring reports for Sales Leadership, Finance, and RevOps.

Data Management & CRM Integrity
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of data across CRM and sales systems.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to maintain high-quality data inputs and audit workflows.
  • Support data governance, validation, and ongoing system improvements.

AI & Automation
  • Apply AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, CRM intelligence, forecasting models) with expert proficiency to build sophisticated Excel models, assemble polished sales presentations, conduct deep research on prospective clients and target accounts, streamline reporting, identify patterns, and surface insights. The objective being to dramatically accelerate work that would otherwise take far longer through manual methods.
  • Build automated workflows that reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Continuously explore, test, and champion new AI and analytics technologies that can give the sales team a competitive edge in prospecting, pipeline management, and client intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to understand data needs and deliver insights.
  • Present findings in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as territory planning, pricing analysis, and go-to-market evaluation.

  • 3 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dynamic financial and operational models, and AI-assisted model development.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, with hands-on experience across multiple systems; ability to navigate, maintain data integrity, and extract insights across different systems environments.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design, DAX formulas, and data modeling.
  • Expert proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or comparable platforms) applied to real business tasks: building Excel models, creating presentations, researching clients and market intelligence, and accelerating analytical workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, dynamic financial and operational models, and AI-assisted model development.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, with hands-on experience across multiple systems; ability to navigate, maintain data integrity, and extract insights across different systems environments.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design, DAX formulas, and data modeling.
  • Expert proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or comparable platforms) applied to real business tasks: building Excel models, creating presentations, researching clients and market intelligence, and accelerating analytical workflows.
