About the Role:
  • As a member of the Volume and Scale Pricing Frameworks Team, you will impact key business decisions for Adobeโ€™s fastest- growing products. You will support Pricing Operation managers in SKU creation and pricing, optimizing processes with scalable documentation. Your role involves executing operational tasks, collaborating with teams like product operations, revenue accounting, sales, legal, and customer care to solve problems, remove barriers, and enhance efficiency. You will manage projects, build and document repeatable processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Resilience, advanced Excel skills, data analysis expertise, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Understanding the end- to-end product launch supply chain is crucial. This role requires you to be based in San Jose and come into the office three days a week (minimum). The contract is for 4 months with the possibility of extension and includes a 45-day probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support operational aspects of the Digital Media product lifecycle, including SKU creation, facilitation of approvals for business strategy and pricing requests.
  • Perform audits related to the standard launch process.
  • Project planning using Workfront to implement business decisions, including key milestones, and drive progress to achieve project goals and timelines.
  • Work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with all upstream/downstream stakeholders, to ensure understanding of strategy, project plan, and impacts.
  • Document cross-functional process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools) to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
  • Ad hoc operational requests including reporting and auditing of SKU and Pricing files to support product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operational role, prioritizing and managing projects, with accuracy and diligence.
  • Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and MS Excel development skills required.
  • Advanced knowledge and fluency with Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint required.
  • Experience driving processes and consistently meeting established key milestones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and auditing experience required.
  • Strong process analysis skills to identify opportunities for optimization, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience creating training documentation/curriculum a plus.
Compensation:
  • $65.52 per hour.
