Become a Key Player as a Pricing Operations Analyst

You will help bring product and pricing decisions to market by executing and coordinating pricing and SKU setup across cross-functional teams. Youโ€™ll work closely with product marketing, business model strategy, technical operations, revenue accounting, order management, sales operations, legal, customer care, and cloud tech to remove operational barriers. This is a Hybrid role โ€” you are expected onsite at least three days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs).

  • Support SKU and pricing setup for product/offer launches and programs
  • Coordinate operational tasks throughout the product/offer lifecycle to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure pricing and offer details flow correctly through downstream quote-to-cash processes
  • Track and report on project milestones and timelines to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements and resolve issues
  • Assist in documenting processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
Hereโ€™s What Youโ€™ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
