Job Summary

This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy, operations, and technology. The Director of Pricing Operations will act as a key partner in shaping how pricing is executed from quotations to orders, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy and system capabilities. This individual will also lead analytics and data management teams, playing a critical role in translating pricing strategy into scalable, system-driven processes, and working closely with Technology, Sales, and Product teams to modernize and optimize pricing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Operations Strategy: Define and evolve how pricing is operationalized across quoting, order management, and e-commerce channels, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business
    objectives.
  • Technology & Systems Partnership: Serve as a liaison between Pricing and Technology teams to translate business needs into system requirements, particularly within Product Data Management systems and related pricing/quoting platforms.
  • Pricing Execution & Governance: Oversee the implementation of pricing changes, ensuring accuracy,
    consistency, and proper governance across systems and processes, with adherence to SOX controls,audit requirements, and documentation standards.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline pricing workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency across quoting and order processes.
  • Data & Insights Enablement: Leverage tools such as Power BI to provide visibility into pricing performance, while guiding how data is structured and used within systems.
Minimum Experience
  • Strategic & Operational Thinking: Ability to connect high-level pricing strategy with day-to-day execution and system capabilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into strategic actions.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Ability to work across business and technology teams, aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with our ERP systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities to convey insights to crossfunctional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in pricing models and develop solutions to address them.
  • Education: 5-7 years of experience & a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience: Experience in pricing, commercial operations, or related roles (manufacturing experience
    preferred). Exposure to pricing systems, ERP platforms, or digital commerce tools
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis or pricing strategy are a plus.
Travel Requirements

Up to 50%, primarily to Atlanta, with additional customer and site visits as needed.

The range for this position is $135,500.00 to $210,100. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
