Job Title: Insights Analyst
Compensation Range: $85-95K base + 10% Bonus (Depending on Experience)
This role is remote anywhere in the US.

Position Overview
Quid Analysts are data storytellers that use insights to create digestible recommendations that drive customers to act and create positive business outcomes.They are critical thinkers of a client use case reflecting on what data, tools, and automations enable them to exceed customer expectations. They learn the customer's industry, use cases, and internal process to anticipate clients' needs where possible before they must ask.
You should expect to be an immediate contributor on strategic projects. You will transition to project owner and in some cases, can drive a project on your own with support. Work will span across multiple project streams, conducting analyses across a number of clients and verticals. You will establish trust-based relationships, serve senior executives with critical insights, and identify business development opportunities to expand Quid's partnership.
Role Objectives
  • Perform analyses on Services projects using some of Quid's most advanced AI methodologies, independently and/or in conjunction with Specialists, Consultants and Principals across the team.
  • Unpacking a customer workstream to define and own project delivery timelines.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to customers of varying levels and departments with a clear narrative, answer questions, and facilitate dialogue to ensure insights delivered are valuable to customers.
  • Learn and leverage the Quid suite of products, capabilities and methodologies (and test new ones) to add critical insights to senior client executives.
  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with key clients, communicate effectively, and work towards solutions.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to drive efficiency in your work and speed to insight by documenting requirements and testing tools and new features.
  • Identify and foster new ways for Quid to support strategic customer initiatives.
  • Responsibilities in driving customer retention, expansion, and growth.
  • Opportunity to work full-time remotely within US time zone
  • Up to 5% potential travel to customer sites

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, data analytics, strategic consulting or similarly analytical roles
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Data Analysis, MIS, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Successful team members show initiative, drive, passion for learning, and a curious mind
  • Familiarity with text analytics and social listening tools preferred
  • Proficiency in LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT), Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • The power to take initiative, communicate across teams, and solve problems creatively, both in teams and individually
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required
