Job description

The Analyst role for WME Insights (North America) will be tasked with analyzing media usage, cultural interests, and growing the businesses of celebrity & sport talent.

Reporting to the Directors of WME Insights, of North America, the Analyst will be a doer who wants to lean-in and learn about the media, entertainment, and sports sector. This role is perfect for someone who not only loves storytelling and data but also has their finger on the pulse of emerging trends and audience behaviors. This individual must thrive in a high-paced environment. They will be supporting the WME Group which consists of WME, IMG Licensing, and Pantheon (Non-Scripted Production Company).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing the performance of programs and talent across the linear and digital eco-systems.
  • Understanding and assessing consumer behavior towards media, talent, brands, and sports.
  • Providing social media insights and analysis.
  • Lean into helping to support WME Insights team members when help is needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education or experience inclusive of analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or related fields are required.
  • Well organized and collaborative.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to use data to help build narratives.
  • Passion for general entertainment, culture, and sport is a must.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Curiosity for research tools/programming languages (i.e. Nielsen, Luminate, Tubular, Chartmetric, Power BI etc.) and AI knowledge is a plus but not required.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$52,875 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
