Job description

SUMMARY: Cacique Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, governance, and accuracy of enterprise master data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business systems. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and IT teams to ensure master data is standardized, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, update, and maintain master data records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Support key master data domains including: Product and Item Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Inventory and Warehouse Data, Pricing and Trade Agreements
  • Review and validate data requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate master data records.
  • Execute established data governance standards, policies, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data quality and consistency.
  • Support ERP projects, data migrations, system enhancements, and new product introductions.
  • Develop and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
  • Document master data procedures, standards, and work instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with ERP systems, master data, or business data management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Understanding of finance, inventory, customer, and product data structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
