Job description

Description
We're on the hunt for an ad operations/analytics strategist who is ready to help make sure our great creative and strategic work gets in front of the best audience. Our ad ops/analytics team delivers, tags, QCs, and reports every detail to make that happen - and this role plays an important part in keeping campaigns accurate, timely, and running smoothly.
Join our Strategy Collective, a cross-disciplinary team supporting strategy, media, analytics, and brand partners. We need a strategist with strong attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across digital and broadcast campaigns.
This role supports the operational foundation that enables great work to perform in market, helping ensure that campaigns are launched cleanly, tracked properly, and measured accurately to invest media dollars where they really count.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the delivery, setup, and execution of digital and broadcast media campaigns
  • Working with media planners and brand management teams to gather campaign deliverables for on-time launch
  • Building and managing daily reports to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of advertising campaigns
  • Distributing detailed traffic instructions to the appropriate vendors and confirming that orders are carried out
  • Scheduling, monitoring, updating, and maintaining online advertising campaigns and inventory in ad server
  • Liaising between agency and vendors for execution and delivery of assets, tags, and reports
  • Matching buys with creative and rotation instructions
  • Understanding and adhering to network clearance standards and practices
  • Supporting audits of client site-side tags to ensure proper implementation and measurement
  • Supporting entry-level analytics projects, including dashboard management and coordination with contract analytics partners

What You're Good At
  • Priority management - juggling multiple priorities, projects, clients, or objectives without losing track of the details
  • Detailed communication - reading instructions closely, communicating clearly, and knowing that small details matter
  • Problem-solving - untangling complicated issues by digging into numbers, information, and process
  • Lifetime learning - staying curious, adaptable, and willing to grow as tools, platforms, and workflows evolve

What You Have in Your Background
  • Education, experience, or passion to develop a foundation of marketing or advertising media or agency operations
  • Ability to self-manage time and handle multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines and quality of work
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and stewardship of projects assigned by multiple teams
  • Experience in ad-serving platforms (Flashtalking) or coding (Python) a plus but not required
