Job description

Role Summary

Nuuly is seeking a curious, thoughtful person to join our Strategy & Insights team as the Customer Insights Analyst. Our team is responsible for gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer and market data. We use insights to advocate on behalf of the customer and provide strategic recommendations to leadership across the Nuuly organization. This is a key competency within a new brand that is dedicated to continuous business evolution and optimization.

The Customer Insights Analyst will manage and expand the ongoing insights program at Nuuly -  collecting and communicating learnings about our customers - and support research projects conducted to evaluate opportunity areas.

Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance a suite of customer feedback collection channels established at various touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Analyze customer feedback, leveraging basic analysis skills, and glean salient insights about customer pain points, preferences, and perceptions
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Customer Success teams regularly to align on insights and determine next steps
  • Contribute to ideation, design, and execution of ad-hoc research plans created to answer business questions or explore new initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams like Marketing, Finance, User Experience, Buying, and Merchandising to identify research opportunities
  • Draft, program, and manage distribution of proprietary surveys in Qualtrics
  • Support facilitation of qualitative research (e.g., focus groups and interviews)
  • Track relevant industry trends and secondary research 
  • Clearly document and present insights, research findings, and recommendations
Role Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer insights/research, market research, customer analytics, professional services, or a related field 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides
  • Experience with survey software (e.g. Qualtrics) is preferred
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis is preferred 
  • Experience with analytics or data visualization tools (e.g. Looker) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree General Business, Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Technology Innovation Management, Economics, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
