  • Create PowerPoint presentations and deliver research findings and recommendations to senior and executive-level audiences.

  • Advise marketing and business stakeholders on how research findings should influence audience strategies, brand initiatives, program development, campaigns, and communications.

  • Collaborate across functions to develop coordinated research approaches that address stakeholder needs and support broader strategic priorities.

  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external research vendors, and agency partners.

  • Potentially provide direct supervision, career development, and succession-planning support for one or more team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, or at least 12 years of equivalent professional experience in an insights function.

  • Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies and techniques.

  • Experience independently leading complex primary research engagements from research design through final recommendations.

  • Experience developing questionnaires, discussion guides, sampling plans, research reports, and executive presentations.

  • Strong understanding of survey design, sampling methodology, panel recruitment, and weighting techniques.

  • Experience across a range of advanced research methods, including segmentation, brand equity analytics, concept testing, copy and message testing, conjoint or choice-based research, and other customized methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with SPSS or another statistical analysis platform.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and ideas into clear, engaging visual stories for executive and senior-level audiences.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, project management, communication, persuasion, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Experience collaborating with internal business stakeholders and external research vendors or agencies.
