Opportunity: 

As a Senior Market Research Analyst, you will support survey projects from start to finish. This includes reviewing questionnaires, testing links, managing data quality, and assisting with client communications. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and is ready to grow their skills in project management and client engagement within a fast-paced, supportive team. 

You will work closely with colleagues across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC contributing to a truly global research team. To support collaboration and client coverage, we are looking for someone based on the U.S. East Coast, with a strong preference for Raleigh, NC. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage responsibilities for assigned survey projects, including: 

Reviewing questionnaires and providing constructive feedback 

Testing survey links and compiling feedback from stakeholders 

Conducting data quality reviews and final checks 

Compiling and preparing final raw data files for client delivery 

  • Assist in assessing survey feasibility and developing quotes and proposals 
  • Participate in client intake and project management calls 
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with clients under guidance from Associate or Market Research Managers 
  • Monitor survey fieldwork using Qualtrics or similar platforms; support basic programming tasks when needed 
  • Use ERM tools at a basic level to manage records, search projects, and track progress 
  • Support vendor communication and develop vendor management skills on assigned and collaborative projects 
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and use PowerBI to review client activity and performance data 
  • Escalate any project-related risks or issues to senior team members as needed 
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support process improvement efforts

Ideal Candidates Will Have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
  • 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably in B2B 
  • Familiarity with both online and CATI survey methodologies 
  • Working knowledge of Qualtrics (or similar platforms); comfortable supporting survey setup and send-outs 
  • Basic proficiency with ERM systems, CRM platforms, and PowerBI 
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 
  • Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities 
  • Skilled in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment 
  • Agile research experience and global collaboration interest a plus

A Sr. Market Research Analyst salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. Sr. Market Research Analyst carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
