Market Research Coordinator

ASAP Event Advertising is currently seeking a full-time Market Research Coordinator in Cincinnati, Ohio to join our fun and creative team!

Pay: 40,000-$42,500/year

Responsibilities:

  • Performs zoning research including confirming location and information for new requests and creating new records.
  • Answers verification phone calls and emails.
  • Responsible for pre-calls, set-up calls, and takedown calls.
  • Administers support on special projects.
  • Applies for permits.
  • Maintains zoning database.
  • Interacts with zoning and landlord officials and communicates information to the Event Project Manager.
  • Assists the sales team on direct mail pieces- including stuffing mailers and handling postage needs.
  • Sorts mail and greets any visitors to the office.
  • Handles contracting out for a specific geographical territory for upcoming events.
  • Data Entry and Order Input as needed
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent certificate; Bachelors degree preferred
  • The ability to work as a team and independently
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills and Microsoft Office programs
  • Must love dogs

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm). More flexibility is possible after introductory period.
