- Provide the best customer service by speaking directly and honestly with our customers and developing a deep understanding of what our community truly wants from our brand.
- Communicate with our customers to address and answer any inquiries.
- Identify clients who are in vulnerable situations and help determine what steps we can take to support them.
- Proactively identify patterns in the frustrations or hopes of our customers, seeing where we can change our processes, products, or tools to make them happier.
- Work closely with our management team to act as the first line of defense to help detect and investigate trends.
