This role is responsible for managing day-to-day research operations, coordinating projects on the in-house consumer research platform, ensuring data quality, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.

Research Project Execution & Management

  • Plan, execute, and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects (surveys, product testing, co-creation, interviews) under the guidance of the Market Research Director

  • Own project timelines, fieldwork execution, participant management, and deliverables

  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed

In-House Consumer Research Platform Operations

  • Manage daily operations of the in-house consumer research platform, including project setup, monitoring responses, and troubleshooting issues

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure smooth execution of research activities

  • Support testing, rollout, and optimization of new platform features

Data Analysis & Insight Development

  • Analyze research data and synthesize findings into clear insights and implications

  • Prepare charts, tables, summaries, and draft reports that support strategic recommendations

  • Identify key consumer patterns, unmet needs, and actionable opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, R&D, and Sales teams to understand research needs

  • Support presentations and insight-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders

  • Ensure research outputs are practical, relevant, and easy to apply

Quality Control & Research Best Practices

  • Ensure data accuracy, respondent quality, and methodological rigor

  • Monitor participant behavior and flag potential data quality issues

  • Support continuous improvement of research processes, guidelines, and templates

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or related fields

  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end research projects (qualitative & quantitative)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, concise insights

  • Experience working with research platforms, online panels, or community-based research tools (preferred)

  • High attention to detail, strong project management skills, and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industries is a strong plus
