Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Market Research Consultant to lead end-to-end market research and business analysis for pharmaceutical brands. This role involves identifying research needs, executing studies, and delivering actionable insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify short- and long-term market research needs for assigned brands
  • Develop and execute market research plans using appropriate methodologies
  • Design, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Translate data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
  • Analyze syndicated and secondary data for market performance tracking
  • Combine multiple data sources to build compelling insight-driven narratives
  • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional analytics and marketing teams
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and project timelines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
  • Support business decision-making and marketing strategy development

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in market research within a large organization
  • 10+ years supporting pharmaceutical brand marketing research
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Experience managing regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma research
  • Excellent data analysis, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cardiology, primary care, or diabetes markets
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing strategies

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
