The Opportunity
TheGuarantors is hiring a Market Research Intern to support commercial strategy development in the company's core market. Reporting into the Strategy & GTM team, you will help gather and make sense of market research and competitive intel. You'll collaborate closely with Sales leadership and have exposure to our CEO.
This role is designed for motivated individuals who are interested in client interaction, with a strong desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Interns will take on real responsibility from day one, working directly on field research and executive-level materials with visibility to senior leadership.
This role is based in NYC.
What You'll Do
  • Drive comprehensive market research through analysis, research, and on-the-ground site visits
  • Support the development of executive-ready materials
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Partner Success, Operations) to gather inputs and synthesize insights
  • Support ad hoc analyses and special projects tied to the company's top strategic priorities
  • Receive coaching and support from tenured Strategy & GTM professionals

Required Qualifications
  • 0-1 years of experience (internships or early professional experience in real estate, client services, consulting, or similar fields preferred)
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfort engaging professionally with stakeholders across and external to the organization
  • Ability to create structure when addressing ambiguous business challenges
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to learn what you don't know
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to commercial multifamily real estate, proptech, or insurance
  • Basic familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation
The base hourly range is between $25 - $30 hourly.
Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location and current market data and may vary from the range above.
