Summer Intern - Market Research, Research & Design Team - Carmel, IN

Are you curious about what drives customer decisions and want to make an impact at a global company? Join Allegion as a Market Research Intern and play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services!

The Market Research intern will support a variety of voice of customer projects for internal stakeholders of Allegion and work closely with members of the Market Research team to help design market research studies and assist with analytics and reporting.

You'll get hands-on experience conducting research - both qualitative and quantitative, supporting real "voice of the customer" projects that influence innovation and business strategy.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute voice of customer research projects
  • Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable customer insights
  • Assist with data analysis and help turn research findings into actionable recommendations

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree inmarketing, market research, data analytics, economics, or other business related field required
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • High effective communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Exhibits professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and innate curiosity required
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
  • Experience with analytics and statistical analyses (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) required
  • Strong interest in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
