About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Founding Product Manager to join a high-growth startup and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy and execution. As the first Product Manager, you'll partner closely with leadership, engineering, operations, customer success, and customers to build and scale innovative B2B SaaS products from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, has a proven track record of shipping enterprise software, and enjoys owning products from ideation through launch and iteration.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Gather customer feedback, validate product opportunities, and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
  • Write clear, actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, support, and leadership to successfully deliver products.
  • Drive cross-functional execution while ensuring projects stay aligned with business priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as their advocate throughout the product development process.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Help establish product management processes and best practices as the company grows.
Required Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of Product Management experience shipping end-to-end software products.
  • Experience working as a Product Manager at a recognizable, high-growth Series A–D startup.
  • B2B SaaS Product Management experience is required.
  • Experience building customer-facing enterprise software products.
  • Proven ability to own product roadmaps and successfully deliver complex features.
  • Strong experience writing detailed, actionable PRDs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, customer support, and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a respected startup or Big Tech company.
  • Exposure to healthcare technology products.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers throughout the product lifecycle.
What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellence through either:

  • A strong academic pedigree, or
  • Experience at a well-recognized startup or Big Tech company.

Having both is a plus.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in early-stage startup environments.
  • Takes ownership and drives products from concept to launch.
  • Has exceptional customer empathy and stakeholder management skills.
  • Enjoys solving complex business problems.
  • Communicates effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Builds strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Has a history of shipping impactful products alongside engineering teams.
Preferred Background
  • High-growth Series A–D startup experience.
  • Customer-facing B2B SaaS products.
  • Enterprise software.
  • Healthcare technology exposure.
Candidates Unlikely to Be a Fit

The following backgrounds generally do not align with this opportunity:

  • Technical Project Managers without experience owning and shipping products.
  • Product Managers with only B2C product experience.
  • Candidates who have not managed direct customer relationships.
  • Frequent job changes or multiple positions lasting less than two years.
  • Candidates whose experience is exclusively in large Big Tech organizations without startup experience.
  • Product Managers focused solely on internal tools or clinical trial platforms.
