Senior Digital Product Manager
RPM is an international non-asset-based logistics and supply chain solutions company. As one of North America's fastest-growing logistics companies, RPM combines innovative technology with deep transportation expertise to deliver customized logistics solutions. Our mission is to simplify complex transportation through technology, operational excellence, and exceptional service as The Driving Force in Logistics™.
Your Role
RPM is hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of RPM's logistics technology platform. You will lead the evolution of products that enable shippers, carriers, and RPM teams to seamlessly quote, book, execute, track, and manage transportation services. Working at the intersection of technology, transportation operations, and commercial strategy, you will transform complex logistics workflows into intuitive digital experiences that drive adoption, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of RPM's logistics technology platform.
  • Design intuitive products that simplify transportation workflows for shippers, carriers, and internal operations teams.
  • Translate business opportunities, user needs, and operational challenges into product strategy, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Use customer research, user analytics, experimentation, and market insights to guide product decisions.
  • Define and measure KPIs including adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, revenue impact, and user satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve transportation workflows and digital experiences.
  • Apply deep transportation and logistics knowledge to solve real-world operational challenges through software.
  • Champion product management best practices while maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products within logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, supply chain technology, or freight technology.
  • Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), brokerage platforms, dispatch systems, or other transportation technology.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brokerage operations, shipment lifecycle management, carrier procurement, pricing, dispatch, tracking, settlement, and exception management.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery from concept through launch.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Preferred Experience
  • Automotive logistics, finished vehicle logistics (FVL), or vehicle transportation.
  • Digital freight brokerage or technology-enabled logistics brokerage.
  • Transportation technology companies, logistics SaaS providers, or TMS software organizations.
  • Building products used by shippers, carriers, brokers, fleets, dispatchers, or logistics operations teams.
  • Digital marketplaces, self-service platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow automation.
  • AI and automation solutions within logistics or transportation

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has built logistics technology within a freight brokerage, transportation technology company, or automotive logistics organization. They understand how transportation operations work and have successfully delivered software that simplifies complex logistics workflows for shippers, carriers, and operations teams while driving measurable business outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base + VC (based on achieving company goals)
  • BCBS (medical), Delta Dental & VSP (vision)
  • Life insurance, short & long-term disability - paid by RPM
