We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support the execution and continuous improvement of a defined product area. This role is ideal for an early-career product professional who is passionate about solving customer problems, collaborating across teams, and learning the product management discipline. The Junior Product Manager will work closely with product managers, engineers, project managers, client teams, and leadership to help deliver impactful product enhancements that deliver on business objectives. This role reports to a Product Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute prioritized product deliverables for a defined product roadmap.
  • Gather and document business requirements while partnering with engineering leads to ensure teams have well-defined stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
  • Manage and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support the Product Manager and/or Product Strategy Lead in roadmap management to ensure customer experience and product evolution align with strategic product direction.
  • Maintain product documentation and support change management activities.
  • Assist with product launch operations, release communications, training materials, and adoption efforts.
  • internal and external stakeholder and customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Track key metrics and key performance indicators for your product and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in product management, healthcare technology, or B2B software development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, communication, and collaboration skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. Product management experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working on technology-enabled initiatives, internships, or product-related projects preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Experience with data analytics and using data to drive decision making is a plus.

Candidate must be able to submit verification of their legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000
