We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with around 2 years of experience who want to strengthen their expertise in Agile product management, requirement analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
The position includes on-the-job training, project support, interview preparation, and ongoing job support to help you grow into a strong product leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements and create detailed user stories.
Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities aligned with business goals.
Work closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure features are delivered as per scope and quality standards.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to manage Agile delivery cycles.

Evaluate and track product performance, KPIs, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
