Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager with a strong technical background in Computer Science to join our team in Virginia. This role will focus on bridging business needs and technical execution by gathering and translating requirements into actionable development plans.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment—contributing across product planning, stakeholder communication, and execution support as needed. You will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business and customer requirements through direct stakeholder engagement
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and development planning documents
  • Work closely with engineering teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, design, engineering) to align on product goals and deliverables
  • Assist in defining product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with company strategy
  • Track product development progress and proactively identify risks or gaps
  • Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Participate in testing, validation, and iteration of product features before release
  • Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and contribute beyond core responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, evolving environment
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software-related roles
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience in consulting, IT consulting, or product management
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
