  • Track and ensure system material master, BOMs, routings, configurators, work orders, purchase orders, inventory (location and disposition), effectivity dates, and sales orders are evaluated for potential impact and updated as required to support the changes being implemented while optimizing benefits versus costs.
  • Utilize, improve, and distribute checklists, metrics, and reports that facilitate change process execution and improvement.
  • Manage PDM and Asana workflows to ensure fluid implementations.

  • Support ongoing validation of configuration rules against engineering-defined product constraints (load ratings, component compatibility, certification scope, regional variants).
  • Review 3rd-party CAD deliverables integrated into the customer portal
  • Work closely with Sustaining engineering to maintain alignment between Configit/Epicor logic and the engineering design record.
  • Analyze technical data to support engineering projects, improvement opportunities, and system performance.

  • Background in industrial or mechanical equipment manufacturing.
