About the Role

K2GRC is looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our K2GRC product suite and related decision support capabilities.

Organizations rely on accurate compliance status, control visibility, governance, and operational risk management data to make informed business decisions. As a K2GRC Product Manager, you will be a major contributor to the strategy, roadmap, and own the execution for this growing product area, helping customers better understand and manage complex decisions.

This role requires someone who understands the compliance industry and the challenges organizations face when managing risk and governance responsibilities. You will work closely with customers, engineering, customer success, and leadership to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver that to the development team to solve meaningful customer problems.

The ideal candidate has several years of SaaS product management experience and an understanding of cybersecurity, governance, risk and compliance, eLearning, and/or IT risk.

What You'll Do

  • Own the operation delivery of the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap for K2GRC's product and related organizational decision support initiatives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, challenges, and goals through customer interviews, product analytics, market research, and close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.

  • Identify opportunities to improve how customers visualize, manage, and understand organizational structures, ownership relationships, and governance information.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps.

  • Partner closely with our development teams throughout discovery, planning, development, and release processes.

  • Lead product discovery efforts to validate problems, evaluate solution options, and ensure investments are focused on high-impact opportunities.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

  • Define success metrics and monitor product performance to inform future roadmap decisions.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving compliance requirements that may impact customer needs.

  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for organizational structure management, governance workflows, and related compliance use cases.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS software.

  • Direct experience in the governance, risk, compliance IT technology, eLearning, corporate services, or related industry is required.

  • Strong understanding of how organizations manage risk & compliance, governance responsibilities, organizational hierarchies, or related compliance processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into practical product solutions.

  • Experience leading products from discovery through delivery in a cross-functional environment.

  • Strong customer interviewing, requirements gathering, and product discovery skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality software products.

  • Data-informed decision maker who can balance customer feedback, business goals, and product strategy.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with organizational charting, governance, entity management, board management, compliance management, IT/Cybersecurity systems, or related software products.

  • Familiarity with multi-entity organizations and the challenges of managing complex organizational structures.

  • Experience working with regulated industries or compliance-focused software solutions.

  • Experience partnering directly with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder needs.
