Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end strategy and product accountability for the program office, translating executive objectives into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and product-level decisions.
  • Ensure alignment across oversight, delivery, and stakeholder workstreams within the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for large public-sector ERP or transformation programs.
  • Manage planning efforts, roadmaps, and operating model design for enterprise programs, with a focus on Oracle solutions.
  • Maintain strong executive presence, driving decision-making under ambiguity with CIO and State Tech Leads.

Requirements
  • 10+ years consulting experience, including managing large public-sector ERP or transformation programs.
  • Prior ownership of product, functional, or capability domains on enterprise programs, ideally Oracle.
  • Experience leading planning efforts, roadmaps, or operating model design.
  • Strong ability to interface with executive leadership and drive decision-making in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
