To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interestin the area ofSustainable and Responsible investments, along with a financial background anddemonstratedsales experience.As a member of thesales team, you willgrow market share byidentifyingnew business opportunitiesand upsellingexistingrelationships throughhighlighting theISS STOXX Sustainability solutions:https://www.iss-stoxx.com/sustainability/

The role requiresa high levelof technical acumen, attention to detail, the ability to understand front officeneeds,and strong collaboration skills.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue goals byidentifyingnew clientswhileclosing upsellsand renewalsin anexistingbook of business

  • Grow ISS STOXX market share, recognition andperceptionwithin theinvestment management andasset ownercommunity

  • Continuously assess Sustainability data market opportunities, define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management

  • Build andmaintainrelationships amongst prospects

  • Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firm's CRM system

  • Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments

Qualifications

  • A minimumof7-10years' experience closing new business above target and relationship management within the financial services industry.

  • Bachelor or master'sdegree with a background in Finance, Economics, or other related discipline is preferred

  • Track recordof relationship management, business development and / revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners

  • Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with expert judgment to help set priorities

  • Excellent organizational and verbal skills

  • Absolute personal and business integrity
