We are the Monetization Data Foundation team, sitting within TikTok's Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization. We empower business and product teams with scalable data infrastructure, tools, and insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Our mission is to build a robust, data-driven foundation that enables smarter decision-making across TikTok's global monetization ecosystem. By collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams, we deliver innovative solutions that turn raw data into actionable intelligence. We are seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of data-driven products within TikTok's Monetization organization. In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of data products that empower business teams with actionable insights and scalable solutions. You will act as a bridge between data, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring our data infrastructure and tools meet the needs of a fast-growing global business. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data drives decision-making across TikTok's monetization ecosystem. Responsibilities: - Deeply understand monetization product details and business workflows and explore innovative but practical solutions to drive best practices for international business - Identify key business metrics and translate them into actionable data solutions - Deliver data products with framework-driven insights to support decision-making - Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and align with short-term and long-term goals - Develop a clear and consensus-driven roadmap, balancing immediate business needs with long-term product development
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in data product roles - Proficient in SQL for querying and debugging metadata - Written and oral proficiency in Mandarin required. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients and stakeholders based in Mainland China Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of data analysis frameworks and the ability to decompose complex business scenarios into structured data products - Ability to independently identify issues and propose data-driven solutions - Experience in producing high-quality product documentation and prototypes - Background in data analysis, data science, data engineering, or statistical analysis is a plus

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151200 - $248000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
