About the Team

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Production Manager leads and coordinates manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives. This role drives short- and long-term operational strategies, fosters a customer-first culture focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and builds strong cross-functional partnerships to support operational excellence.

  • Manage all phases of the operation in a manner that promotes customer service, employee relations, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company within the community in which it operates.
  • Ensure the department meets all local, state, and federal guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Ensure the safety of all employees and visitors while on company property.
  • Ensure business is conducted to the highest ethical standards.
  • Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace.
  • Uphold and participate in formulating and administrating company policies and the development of long-range goals and objectives.
  • Ensure plant policies, procedures and activities follow the Corporate Principles established by the organization.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure subordinates are properly informed and treated fairly and consistently.

Your Profile as Senior Production Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
  • 10-15+ years advanced experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry experience desired).
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office, Outlook.
  • Proven Leadership skills; capable of handling employee related issues; ability to builds trust.
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of making sound decisions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written means with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Expert-level knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing/operations.
