The Senior Production Manager role requires both frontline technical and people management skills, placing you at the forefront of fostering team development and overseeing day-to-day delivery operations for our complex hardware platforms. Success in this pivotal position demands consistent achievement across team management, operations, and financial goals, ensuring the delivery of world-class, mission-critical products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead Production Operations: Oversee the production of a product line, managing a team of talented technicians to ensure efficient production and delivery of imaging hardware.
  • Drive Daily Production Goals: Strategically manage a production plan which solves for the desired production performance outcomes. Tactically direct daily operations to meet target on-time delivery goals.
  • Champion Quality & Safety: Ensure quality and safety standards are followed, minimizing defects and fostering a safe working environment.
  • Develop & Mentor Talent: Actively coach, mentor, and support production technicians, fostering professional growth and cross-training within the team.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement: Implement 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.
  • Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate priorities, production progress, risks, and resource needs to senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production, with 3+ years in a senior production management role.
  • Proven expertise with ERP and MES systems, coupled with a deep understanding of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs).
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documentation (drawings, schematics, WIs) and troubleshoot processes and equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

US Salary Range
$166,000-$220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
