About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Product Lifecycle Manager to own the operational execution of our product portfolio throughout its lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing product configuration, SKU creation and maintenance, pricing, Salesforce CPQ administration, and new product introductions from concept through launch and ongoing lifecycle management. As the operational owner of the product lifecycle, you will ensure products are accurately configured, priced, quoted, and launched while maintaining the integrity of product data across enterprise systems. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive product readiness, improve lifecycle processes, and enable the successful commercialization of our products.

What You'll Do

  • Own the operational execution of the product lifecycle from product creation through launch, maintenance, and end-of-life.
  • Manage product configuration, SKU creation and maintenance, product catalog administration, and product master data.
  • Administer Salesforce CPQ, including product setup, pricing configuration, quoting rules, product bundles, and catalog updates.
  • Lead new product introductions by managing product setup, pricing, approvals, system readiness, testing, and launch execution.
  • Own product pricing updates, configuration changes, and lifecycle modifications while ensuring data accuracy across enterprise systems.
  • Partner with Product Management to operationalize new products, product enhancements, and product retirement activities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to ensure products are launch-ready and commercially available.
  • Develop and maintain product lifecycle governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and process workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve product lifecycle processes and operational efficiency.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into product launches, SKU health, pricing changes, product readiness, and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience owning product lifecycle management within an enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing product configuration, product catalogs, SKU creation and maintenance, pricing, and product data governance.
  • Experience administering Salesforce CPQ or another Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform.
  • Experience leading new product introductions, product launches, and commercialization activities.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes and enterprise product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through launch.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP or other enterprise business systems.
  • Experience managing subscription products, software licensing, pricing strategies, and product bundling.
  • Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, governance documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to build operational dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or government technology environments.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$126,800.00-171,700.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
