DUTIES

Responsible for all aspects of DGDG software products with focus on functionality and ROI. Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify and develop functionality on multiple front‑end websites and back‑end engineering products. Handle cradle‑to‑grave ownership of product from product requirements and market projections through development, execution, and scaling, to product maintenance and ROI monitoring. Define product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for consumer‑facing products. Collaborate with project management to ensure execution of product milestones per the roadmap. Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them in OneNote or Azure DevOps Boards. Create specifications for website developers and server‑side developers, which will be written as tasks in Azure DevOps Boards. Specify any database or data lake file changes that will be required and document these in Azure DevOps Boards. Prioritize these projects among other projects that are currently being worked on. Assign work for these items to developers. Follow‑up with developers in daily scrum meetings to ensure coding related to the specifications is on track. Escalate to stakeholders, management, and team members any timeline deviations and issues that come up. Plan the release of the software with stakeholders and related teams, such as training or marketing. Follow up with stakeholders and customers or users or the product after release. Maintain documentation in OneNote and Azure DevOps Boards on software features that have been released so the overview of the entire product is clearly written for subsequent changes. Track errors using PowerShell commands to view the software logs. Any errors will be escalated and documented in Azure DevOps Boards. Prioritize fixing these errors and add features to prevent such errors in future releases. In this case this role as product manager will also be the stakeholder. Hold regular meetings to review product updates and gather new requirements with existing and new stakeholders (usually from Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing, and HR teams).
