Location: Waterloo, IA 50613
Duration: 2 Years (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs for enterprise engineering and software applications
• Represent customer and business needs to product and engineering teams
• Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans
• Coordinate governance, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
• Manage software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, and supplier engagements
• Oversee application operations, support, and service availability
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring
• Drive platform migrations, tool consolidations, cloud transitions, and modernization initiatives
• Partner with engineering, architecture, finance, procurement, legal, and leadership teams
• Support software asset management and enterprise tool lifecycle management
• Monitor product performance metrics and customer experience improvements
• Lead process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support change management, user adoption, and enterprise transformation projects
