DGDG Management Group LLC dba Del Grande Dealer Group has an opening for a Technology Product Manager in San Jose, CA. 40 hrs./wk.

DUTIES: Responsible for all aspects of DGDG software products w/ focus on functionality and ROI. Work closely with eng., mktg., and other stakeholders to identify and develop functionality on multiple front-end websites and back-end eng. products. Handle cradle-to-grave ownership of product from product req. and market projections through dev., execution, and scaling, to product maintenance and ROI monitoring. Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for consumer-facing products. Collaborate with proj. mgmt. to ensure execution of product milestones per the roadmap. Gather reqs. from stakeholders and document them in OneNote or Azure DevOps Boards. Create specs. for website devs. and server-side devs., which will be written as tasks in Azure DevOps Boards. Specify any database or data lake file changes that will be required and document these in Azure DevOps Boards. Prioritize these projects among other projects that are currently being worked on. Assign work for these items to devs. Follow-up w/ devs. in daily scrum mtgs. to ensure coding related to the specs. is on track. Escalate to stakeholders, mgmt., and team members any timeline deviations and issues that come up. Plan the release of the software w/ stakeholders and related teams, such as training or mktg. Follow up w/ stakeholders and customers or users or the product after release. Maintain documentation in OneNote and Azure DevOps Boards on software features that have been released so the overview of the entire product is clearly written for subsequent changes. Track errors using PowerShell commands to view the software logs. Any errors will be escalated and documented in Azure DevOps Boards. Prioritize fixing these errors and add features to prevent such errors in future releases. In this case this role as product mgr. will also be the stakeholder. Hold regular mtgs. to review product updates and gather new reqs. w/ existing and new stakeholders (usually from Sales, Service, Finance, Mktg., and HR teams). 

MIN. REQS.: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equiv. in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or closely related field. 3 yrs. of exp. in the job offered or related occupation, such as Project Mgr., Business Leader, Technology Consultant. 

SPECIAL REQS.: 3 yrs. of exp. in software development process. 3 yrs. of exp. in product management. 3 yrs of exp. in end-to-end understanding of product lifecycle. 3 yrs. of exp. utilizing PowerShell, VSCode, and GIT tools. 3 yrs. of exp. utilizing PowerBI or related reporting engine. 

WAGE RANGE: $248,643-$350,000/yr.
