Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our organization. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and development through launch and ongoing performance management. This individual will collaborate across departments to ensure that products meet customer needs, align with organizational objectives, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer needs assessments to inform product strategy.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable deliverables.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
  • Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring alignment with marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Conduct ongoing product training and generate training documents for internal and external users.
  • Monitor product performance through established KPIs and recommend enhancements to maximize value.
  • Prepare and deliver product updates, business cases, and progress reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Establish and manage relationships with customers
  • Provide support in product management tasks (ie. product lifecycle management)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5-7+ years’ work experience as a Global Product Manager or similar role in the B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success managing products through their full lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management and product development methodologies
  • Persistent attention to detail
  • Self-starter who will drive ownership and results with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable and experienced working within a dynamic and fast paced environment
