Job Description
Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is looking for a strategic and experienced Manager, Global MarTech Product Owner to join our Global MarTech team. This team is responsible for developing and managing the technology platforms and capabilities that power owned and earned media experiences across social, creator, influencer, and UGC ecosystems globally. As part of the Global High Touch Experience team, MarTech plays a critical role in enabling impactful, consumer-centric experiences that drive engagement, brand awareness, creator partnerships, and measurable business outcomes across digital channels.
In this role, you will lead product strategy and execution across owned and earned media capabilities within the Product Management organization, part of the Omnichannel and Consumer Technology team. You'll collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, enterprise data, analytics, social, creative, and marketing partners-as well as regional and global business teams-to evolve the technology ecosystem supporting creator management, UGC activation, social listening, content performance measurement, and cross-channel engagement initiatives.
Role Objectives
  • Define product vision and strategy: Outline the long-term goals and direction of the product in line with corporate initiatives (e.g. modernization) and division goals.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps: Create a prioritized plan for rollouts, future product features and releases.
  • Determine which features to focus on based on business objectives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for engineering assignment.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, other product teams, brand, and 3PP in the development, QA, and release of products.
  • Balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Operationalize & Educate: Develop product positioning and messaging approach for launches using multi-layered communication formats supported with accessible documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance: Track key metrics and identify areas for product improvement.

Qualifications
Key Skills
  • Deep domain expertise in Commerce, particularly in beauty retail and affiliate marketing, with strong knowledge of industry players, trends, and best practices
  • Proven leadership across the full product development lifecycle, from strategy through execution
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience within complex, matrixed, and international environments
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing platforms, content ecosystems, audience engagement strategies, and performance optimization approaches
  • Skilled in applying human-centered design principles to create user-focused product solutions
  • Data-driven decision-maker with hands-on experience using analytics tools and interpreting consumer behavior
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders and lead empowered teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product management and owned/earned media strategy + measurement
  • Previous experience with social/UGC processes and best practices
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and social and creator platform ecosystems
  • Experience with custom integrations and commerce technical stacks
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center

Pay Range:
Anticipated Base Salary Range $102,000.00 to $159,000.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). In addition, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision insurance), wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. In addition, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).
