Your Work Matters

This position is responsible for driving value across the Floor & Decor marketing technology ecosystem by delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that power personalized customer engagement, increase marketing effectiveness, and drive revenue growth. As the Senior Product Manager, Martech you will own the product strategy and roadmap for our marketing technology stack – spanning email, paid media, digital asset management, content - partnering closely with Marketing, CRM, Engineering, and Data teams. You will be responsible for defining and executing a data-driven Martech roadmap that enhances audience targeting, omni-channel personalization and performance across diverse marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and paid advertising.

You’ll Be Successful With

  • 6+ years of digital product management experience, with a focus on marketing technology, CRM, or email marketing or omnichannel marketing platforms
  • 5+ years experience working with DAM and CMS platforms
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise Martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamic Yield, Tealium, Validity, Contentful, Amplience, and Azure is strongly preferred
  • Experience leveraging Generative AI to build products.  
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional work and agencies. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience influencing and presenting to executive leadership (VP and above)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple initiatives
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment 

Your Day Consists Of

  • Defining and leading the product strategy for marketing technology, including customer communications, personalization, customer segmentation, content management, and campaign execution platforms
  • Owning and evolving the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborating with Marketing, CRM, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys across advertising, customer communications, and digital channels
  • Partnering with Analytics to define KPIs and measure the success of product features and enhancements
  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging Martech trends, vendor capabilities, and opportunities to optimize the marketing technology stack
  • Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Developing and validating business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Driving email experimentation through A/B testing using Dynamic Yield, leveraging Tealium segmentation to personalize customer experiences and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Serving as a thought leader and subject matter expert in marketing technology, email deliverability, customer data platforms, and content personalization strategies
  • Mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the growth of the product management discipline
