Job Description

The Opportunity: 

As Director, Martech Product Management, you will own and evolve Mattel's global marketing technology ecosystem - uniting platforms, data, and AI to unlock scale, creativity, and operational excellence across the enterprise. You will lead the integration and optimization of Mattel's full marketing tech stack - spanning workflow, content, media, and analytics systems - to ensure every tool drives measurable value. This role manages a team of four Product Managers who oversee the day-to-day management and evolution of key tools within the martech ecosystem. 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end marketing technology stack to support brand planning, creative development, and demand creation. 
  • Lead vendor and platform management, including roadmaps, RFPs, QBRs, negotiations, and enterprise partnerships. 
  • Manage relationships with key partners including Adobe, Google, OpenAI, Airtable, Miro, Leonardo, Munch, Eleven Labs, Tenovos, Box, Sprinklr, Cerby, Dash Hudson, Captiv8, Tubular, and Gartner. 
  • Drive AI adoption and agentic transformation across marketing and creative workflows. 
  • Standardize data, taxonomy, permissions, and access governance across all tools and systems. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of four Product Managers, each responsible for a segment of Mattel's martech ecosystem. 
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Ops, Creative, Media, IT, and regional marketing teams to ensure system usability and adoption. 
  • Lead training, office hours, and onboarding programs to drive awareness, ease of use, and platform ROI across global teams.

  • Increased tool adoption, utilization, and satisfaction across global teams. 
  • Enhanced data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity. 
  • Reduction in redundant tools, workflows, and spend. 
  • Improved operational efficiency, collaboration speed, and marketing output per head. 
Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in martech product management, digital transformation/ operations, or marketing systems leadership. 
  • Deep understanding of the macro martech landscape, relational data systems, and AI-driven automation. 
  • Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies and comfort working in no-code or light-code environments. 
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical systems into simple, business-impact narratives. 
  • Strong vendor-management and negotiation skills across multiple enterprise platforms. 
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
