Role Overview 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Senior Manager to join our Enterprise Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, marketing collateral, and customer engagement initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and growth across our credit card and retail financing products. 

As a key connector across Marketing, Product & Technology, Analytics, Compliance & Legal, and Operations, you will translate complex business initiatives and product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and marketing programs. You will play a critical role in bringing new products, features, and strategic initiatives to market while ensuring alignment across the organization. 

The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial services. They are a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that create customer and business value.

Key Responsibilities 

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution 

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, feature enhancements, partner programs, and strategic initiatives. 

  • Develop launch strategies, messaging frameworks, campaign plans, and success metrics aligned to business objectives. 

  • Partner with Acquisition & Portfolio Marketing teams to ensure product positioning and messaging are consistently reflected across the customer journey. 

  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations. 

Positioning & Messaging 

  • Define and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for enterprise audiences, including customers, merchants, affinity partners, and strategic business partners. 

  • Create differentiated narratives that communicate product benefits, competitive advantages, and customer outcomes. 

  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer-facing channels and materials. 

  • Develop messaging frameworks that align enterprise objectives with customer needs across the product lifecycle. 

Partner & Sales Enablement 

  • Support partner-facing marketing for enterprise initiatives. 

  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to equip them with market insights, messaging, tools, and marketing collateral that support partner engagement and accelerate revenue growth. 

Market Intelligence & Customer Insights 

  • Work with Head of Research & Insights to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. 

  • Monitor the competitive landscape across fintech, payments, credit cards, and lending sectors. 

  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and marketing programs. 

Content & Thought Leadership 

  • Collaborate with Creative & Content team members to create compelling product-focused content. 

  • Manage creative and content deliverables to support enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Performance Measurement 

  • Define and track product marketing KPIs, including launch performance, product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue impact. 

  • Analyze campaign and product performance data to optimize messaging, targeting, and go-to-market effectiveness. 

  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership stakeholders. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field. 

  • 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related marketing roles. 

  • Experience within fintech, financial services, payments, credit cards, lending, banking, or adjacent industries. 

  • Demonstrated success leading product launches and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. 

  • Strong ability to translate complex products and technical concepts into customer-focused messaging. 

  • Operates with agility and adaptability, effectively managing multiple projects and shifting priorities to support evolving business needs and strategic company objectives. 

  • Experience developing customer-facing marketing materials. 

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to inform decisions. 

Preferred  

  • Experience marketing credit card, lending, payments, embedded finance, or consumer finance products. 

  • Familiarity with enterprise go-to-market strategies and partner-based business models. 

  • Experience working in regulated industries and collaborating with Compliance and Legal teams. 

  • Demonstrates proficiency in using AI tools to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and support business objectives. 

  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
