  • 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems
  • Knowledge of U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • Teaming and collaboration skills across diverse teams
