RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect (TSM/TPSM/TNI) in Austin, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Technology Service Management (TSM), Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM), and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of next-generation telecom and technology service management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
* Lead enterprise architecture and solution design for ServiceNow TSM, TPSM, and TNI implementations
* Define scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architectures aligned with business objectives
* Create architecture roadmaps, technical designs, data models, and integration strategies
TSM/TPSM Solution Leadership:
* Design solutions supporting technology service operations, service lifecycle management, and service delivery processes
* Architect capabilities for service provider management, partner onboarding, contract management, and service fulfillment
* Enable operational visibility across providers, services, assets, and customer environments
* Drive automation of service provisioning, incident resolution, and operational workflows
Telecom Network Inventory (TNI):
* Architect Telecom Network Inventory solutions supporting physical and logical network resources
* Design inventory models for network devices, circuits, connectivity services, and telecommunications infrastructure
* Ensure alignment between network inventory, service inventory, and operational support systems
* Support network lifecycle management, capacity planning, and service assurance initiatives
Integration & Data Architecture:
Lead integrations between ServiceNow and:
* OSS/BSS platforms
* Network Management Systems (NMS)
* CRM systems
* ERP solutions
* Inventory and provisioning platforms
* Third-party service provider ecosystems
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of enterprise architecture or ServiceNow consulting experience
* 5+ years of ServiceNow platform implementation experience
* 3+ years of experience with TSM, TPSM, TNI, Telecom Operations, or Service Provider Management solutions
* Strong understanding of telecommunications and technology service provider business processes
* Experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions and integrations
Expertise in:
* ServiceNow TSM
* Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM)
* Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)
* CMDB and CSDM
* Service Mapping
* IntegrationHub
* REST/SOAP APIs
* Workflow Automation
* Data Modeling
* Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
* Telecom industry experience with carriers, service providers, or managed service organizations
Experience with:
* OSS/BSS Platforms
* Service Assurance
* Order Management
* Resource Inventory Management
* Network Operations Centers (NOC)
* Service Provisioning Platforms
* Knowledge of TM Forum standards and telecommunications industry frameworks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
