About the Role
We're seeking freelance Demand Generation consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of B2B clients. This role is ideal for marketers who excel at driving pipeline growth through strategic campaign planning, channel execution, and performance optimization.
Projects vary widely depending on client needs and may include building demand generation programs from the ground up, optimizing existing funnels, or scaling multi-channel acquisition efforts. Contract engagements typically range from 10-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, content, and events
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on pipeline goals and lead quality
  • Build and manage lead generation funnels, including landing pages, forms, and nurture flows
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI
  • Collaborate on content strategy to support demand generation efforts (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies)
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives where relevant
  • Identify new opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and pipeline velocity

Requirements
  • Strong foundation in B2B demand generation and pipeline marketing
  • Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
