Busy Farmers Insurance office seeks F/T Customer Service Rep.  

  • Processing policy transactions, billing, coverage, claims 
  • Cross selling 
  • Helping agent processing applications and renewals
  • Handling requests for Certificates of Insurance
  • Keeping agency software current and updated

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance .  Farmers Insurance experience on systems, billing, quoting, Guidewire
  • Previous experience with other personal and commercial lines carriers, i.e CA Fair Plan, surplus lines
  • Experience with Acord forms, typing Certificates of Insurance, applications, invoices
  • Experience with programs such as Adobe, DocuSign,
  • Licensed a plus
