If you have previous property and casualty insurance experience in a customer service role and have a friendly, client-first attitude, please apply today!

 Insurance Customer Service Representative responsibilities

  • Answer incoming call questions about insurance policies and coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications
  • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
  • Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
  • Handle the entire renewal process and preparing professional proposals of insurance

 Insurance Customer Service Representative qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
  • Previous insurance customer service experience required for this position
