Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the RealINSIGHT platform and services.

You will be responsible for fostering strong, long-term client relationships, understanding evolving business needs, and driving user engagement and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading onboarding and training initiatives, facilitating ongoing support and adoption, coordinating across internal teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements, and proactively identifying opportunities for upsell or strategic improvement.

As a Client Manager, you will collaborate closely with product, implementation, and advisory teams to advocate for client priorities and continuously improve our offerings. You will also contribute to business development efforts, including client renewals, referrals, and expansion opportunities.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who combines strong commercial real estate or fintech domain knowledge with a consultative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Client Service, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience in FinTech or Commercial Real Estate is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
