Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level, full-time remote position ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple departments as business needs evolve.

The ideal candidate will assist with business development initiatives, administrative coordination, and operational support while helping maintain a high level of service and efficiency across the organization. This role also includes identifying opportunities for the company, managing relationships with potential partners, and assisting in the development of business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business development efforts by researching leads, identifying new business opportunities, and tracking outreach activity
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and strategic business materials
  • Help manage relationships with prospective clients and business partners
  • Perform data entry, administrative tasks, and cross-functional support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal documentation
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent follow-through and service quality
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support multiple departments as business needs evolve
  • Travel multiple days throughout the week as needed for meetings, business development, and company initiatives
