Miller’s Textile Services is looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help expand our customer base in the Wapakoneta area. You’ll receive full training, a local territory, company vehicle, and unlimited earning potential — all within a supportive, family-owned environment that’s been serving Ohio businesses for nearly 80 years.
About Us
At Miller’s Textile Services, we provide Linen, Uniform, Mat, and Sanitation/Janitorial/First Aid rental services to businesses across Ohio. Our mission is simple: Show up on time, do what we say, finish what we start… and have fun doing it.
What You’ll Do
  • Generate New Business: Prospect through calls, email, and networking to schedule at least 10 quality face-to-face appointments per week for assigned Business Development Specialists.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify potential customers and set appointments with decision-makers for uniform, linen, or mat services.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Record and track all activity in Pipedrive (CRM) to ensure accurate follow-up and reporting.
  • Master Our Services: Within 30 days, learn our products, pricing, and competitive advantages so you can confidently present our value.
  • Collaborate: Work with sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences from first contact through closing.

  • Compensation: $45,000 base salary + $20 per quality appointment + uncapped commission on closed business (within 120 days).
