  • Identify functional, technical, integration, security, accessibility, and non-functional requirements.
  • Define MVP scope, release plans, estimates, and product roadmaps.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization through AI, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and RPA technologies.

  • Facilitate backlog refinement, story grooming, and requirements elaboration sessions.
  • Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) prior to development.
  • Maintain traceability from business objectives through development, testing, deployment, and business acceptance.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, release planning, and UAT activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

  • Act as the primary liaison between Business, Product, Operations, Architecture, UX, Development, Testing, and Automation teams.
  • Facilitate governance reviews, design workshops, requirements reviews, and solution validation sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional decision-making and resolve requirement ambiguities.
  • Support sprint reviews, release planning, UAT execution, deployment readiness, and production rollouts.
  • Provide project status updates, dependency tracking, and risk management support.

Technical & Solution Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of legacy mainframe business functionality and operational processes.
  • Support modernization initiatives involving React micro-frontends, middleware, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects on frontend and integration solution approaches.
  • Analyze REST APIs, middleware integrations, system interfaces, and data flows.
  • Support definition of performance, accessibility, security, usability, and operational requirements.

AI, Automation & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, Intelligent Automation, and RPA capabilities within modernization initiatives.
