Senior Recruiter


As a Senior Recruiter at DHL Supply Chain, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will act as a talent advisor to internal customers, leveraging your industry knowledge and market trends to influence decision-making and ensure the acquisition of top talent.


Job Description:

  • Lead the recruitment process for high-volume operations and/or functional roles, ensuring timely and successful hires.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers and Candidates based on market trends and industry knowledge.
  • Develop, implement, and share best practices and process improvements to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Leverage recruitment tools and technologies to source and attract candidates such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM) to ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
  • Conduct interviews to identify top talent.
  • Lead hiring events and recruitment campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and recruitment metrics.
  • Demonstrate leadership and process management abilities, mentoring others.
  • Address and anticipate challenges in the recruitment process and develop creative solutions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR practices

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent 4 years experience, required
  • 3+ years experience of full life cycle recruiting, required
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, required
  • Advanced knowledge and utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, required
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, required
  • Deep understanding and application of sourcing techniques and platforms, required
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders, required
  • Ability to Influence and drive initiatives, required
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decision making, required
  • Proficiency in negotiating offers while balancing business needs, required
