Job description

We are searching for an Associate Recruiter to focus on recruiting and hiring the best talent for our business. You will work directly with business leaders, partner across HR, and drive quality hires for positions at various levels. This position offers the opportunity for growth, exposure to multiple HR functions, and a great team environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for high volume roles to include resume screening, candidate phone screens, candidate communications, coordination of interviews, and the post-offer acceptance process
  • Collaborate with other members of the Recruitment team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to fully understand recruiting needs of the business
  • Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline for future talent
  • Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and social media
  • Work with managers in functional business areas, presenting best qualified candidates that meet job requirements
  • Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking (Workday) system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws
  • Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a human resources, recruiting, or related function
  • Technical proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, a plus
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate setting a plus
