We are launching our Early Career Associate Recruiter Development Program to invest in the next generation of talent professionals who are eager to make an impact in the biotech and pharmaceutical space.
Program Overview
This structured program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into top-tier life sciences recruiters. You'll gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to real client engagements from day one.
  • Program Length: 12 months
  • Training Focus: Recruiting fundamentals, life sciences market education, sourcing strategy, and client delivery
  • Mentorship: Direct coaching from Mix Talent Practice Leaders and Senior Recruiters
  • Growth Path: Opportunity to transition into a full-cycle Recruiter

What You'll Do
  • Partner with experienced recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting for biotech and pharma clients
  • Learn how to identify and engage top talent across Commercial, Clinical and Medical functions
  • Source and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach strategies
  • Conduct candidate screenings and help assess technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate data within our ATS and CRM systems
  • Support client delivery by preparing candidate summaries and market insights
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
  • Gain exposure to client calls, intake meetings, and strategic hiring discussions
