Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for assisting supervisory staff in developing, managing, and executing a full cycle talent and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational and business unit goals.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:RecruitingAssist management in the development and maintenance of written job descriptions and compensation packages for all positionsAttract highly qualified candidates through creative recruiting, including social media, community outreach, job boards, and networking through various trade/professional organizations related to the safety industrySource, qualify, and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skillsCommunicate with candidates on the status of their application for employmentCollect, analyze, and report on statistical data as it relates to the Company's recruiting practicesOversee onboarding process for new employees, including reference and background checks as well as conducting new hire orientationQualifications:Must have excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentationMust have excellent interpersonal skills, including a professional and diplomatic demeanor with a high degree of confidentialityMust be proactive, self-directed, and highly organizedProficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, OutlookKnowledge of HR recruiting software preferredEducation and Experience3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resource experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar fieldPhysical DemandsAbility to sit for prolonged periods of timeAbility to lift and move 25 lbs.This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.
