How does an external recruiter typically collaborate with internal hiring teams during the recruitment process?

External Recruiters work closely with internal hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, company culture, and desired candidate profiles. Outstanding interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and resilience help build relationships with both clients and candidates. These skills are crucial for matching the right talent with organizational needs and ensuring successful placements in a competitive job market.
