Job description

Overview:

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This is an hourly, assignment based, flex position.

Location: Columbus, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews as needed, and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boards 
  • Track and monitor confidential candidate information
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to date
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement)
  • Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasks
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement
  • Build a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activity
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contacts
  • Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level
  • Must be flexible to work with a new client

Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
