Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Office Assistant/Recruiter, where you will be the heartbeat of our administrative and talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Lever, iCIMS, and Workday.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and facilitate hiring decisions with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines through campus recruitment, cold calling, and relationship management.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee onboarding processes including employee orientation, employee evaluation, and training & development programs.
  • Maintain accurate records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and Paychex.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with employee engagement activities and internal recruiting campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting with expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during hiring processes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or Salesforce to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research for talent acquisition strategies, and conducting interviews confidently.
